Trip Charge — $50
Charge to compensate for travel time, gas, and wear on vehicles.
Applicable for appointments more than 1 hour from Lafayette, IN. An additional $50 applies for every hour beyond the normal service area.
Verification Visit — $100
An in-home consultation to assess the feasibility of installing a fireplace. We evaluate the space, clearance requirements, and compatibility with your desired appliance. This step prevents costly surprises and ensures your project can move forward smoothly.
Chimney Inspections
Level 1 (Initial): $150
A visual inspection of readily accessible areas of your chimney and venting system. This is ideal for new customers or routine annual maintenance. It allows us to assess the overall condition of your chimney and provide a detailed inspection report with recommendations. Meets or exceeds NFPA 211 standards.Level 2: $250
A more thorough inspection that includes the use of cameras and access to less-visible areas. This is ideal when making changes to an appliance, following significant weather events, or when deeper inspection is required.Level 3: +$500
An invasive inspection that may involve partial disassembly of the chimney or surrounding structure. This is performed when serious or hidden issues are suspected and more in-depth examination is required.
Additional Level 1 inspection on the same property: $75.
Chimney Sweeping w/ Level 1 Inspection — $300
A comprehensive cleaning and inspection of your chimney flue. Includes a 360° video inspection and a detailed inspection report.
Additional sweep and inspection on the same property: $100.
Gas Fireplace Refurbish — Can Be Done During Level 1 Inspection + $50 Materials Fee
Removes old sand, rock wool, and vermiculite from your gas fireplace and replaces them with fresh manufacturer-recommended materials. Includes cleaning of the area and testing the fireplace to confirm it operates as expected.
Additional $50 materials fee applies when performed during a Level 1 Inspection. This is a cosmetic and maintenance service only — we do not perform gas line or burner certifications.
Dryer Vent Cleaning — $150
A thorough cleaning of the dryer vent system to remove lint buildup, reduce fire hazards, and improve dryer efficiency.
Gas Appliance Venting — Requires Initial Inspection ($150)
An inspection of gas appliance venting to assess safety and performance.
Additional services quoted upon inspection.
Fireplace Restoration and Replacement — Requires Initial Sweep ($300)
Restoration of an existing fireplace or replacement with a new unit. Includes assessment, removal of old components, and installation of the new fireplace.
Small Masonry Work — Requires Level 1 (Initial) Inspection ($150)
Repairs and masonry work such as crack filling, brick replacement, mortar repair, crown replacement, stonework, and small chimney rebuilds.
Chimney Relining and Replacement — Requires Initial Sweep ($300)
Installation of a new chimney liner or replacement of an existing liner for improved safety and efficiency.
Cap and Damper Replacement
Cap Replacement: Cost of cap + $50 installation
Damper Replacement: Cost of damper + $75 installation
Additional charges apply for custom orders.
Pressure Washing Services — Starting at $200
Initial inspection required. Pressure washing services remove dirt, grime, moss, and buildup from chimneys and surrounding areas, restoring their appearance and extending their life.
Chimney Sweep Wedding Appearance — $100
A unique service where one of our chimney sweeps appears at your wedding or special event in traditional attire — adding charm, character, and a memorable experience.
